Premium Sofas Internal Analytics

Premium Sofas Internal Analytics is a private business intelligence application operated by Premium Sofas LLC.

The application allows authorized Premium Sofas personnel to ask business-related questions and receive analyses based on approved company data stored in Google BigQuery. It supports internal business performance analysis, marketing measurement, reporting, and data-quality monitoring.

Access

This application is intended exclusively for authorized Premium Sofas personnel. It is not available to customers or the general public, and no public account registration is offered. Users must authenticate before accessing the application. Authentication alone does not provide access to company data. Access is separately restricted through Google Cloud Identity and Access Management permissions.

Google User Data

Google OAuth is used to authenticate authorized users and verify their access rights. The application may receive the authorized user’s name, business email address, Google Account identifier, and information relating to the authorization granted. The application may access company-owned Google BigQuery resources that the authenticated user is authorized to use. It does not access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or unrelated Google Account information. Google user data is used exclusively for authentication, access control, security, troubleshooting, and providing the requested internal analytics functionality. Google user data is not sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used for targeted advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Access and Security

The analytics connection is restricted to specifically approved, read-only BigQuery views and routines. The application cannot modify orders, advertising campaigns, customer accounts, or source-system data.

Access is protected through authentication, role-based permissions, encryption, and the principle of least privilege.
